...when you're down at the point for a swim.

Robyn, Derek, and family (Jemma, Kate and Rusty) came paddling up the Shadow River just as we reached the beach. Swimming and playing ensued. There's no better combination than dogs and kids.

I wish I'd had my camera a couple of days prior, when another neighbour was snorkelling down at the point, and this provoked the most alarmed reaction you can imagine from two very befuddled Labradors. The neighbour was actually very kind, and put the snorkel and mask up on the rock so they could sniff it, then let them greet him as a recognizable human.

...and proud of it.
