I've been terribly behind in uploading and sorting and editing photos of late, and as such I am working through a huge backlog.

I'm also late posting today because I just went down to the lake and watched the ''super'' moon rise over the treeline and then shimmer across the still water. So pardon me that. It was worth it. Even when some random critter jumped into the water somewhere in the dark near where I was standing, and startled me enough to very nearly go for a swim of my own.

These pictures were just quick candids taken of a dog I don't know; she joined our four Labs for a romp in the leaves before bounding off in search of her human.
