Leaking Labrador
Tim has ripped out carpet in the main bedroom. The good news: there is lovely, original wood (hemlock?) floor under there. The bad news? It's covered in generations of wood stain and paint spatter and even a large spill of paint. Arwen lay down across the splat and it looks like she's leaking fluid.

Maybe with some sanding, magic and hard work you will see glorious wood. We have seen some here under layers and layers of Grandpa Hanson's handiwork. Old seafolk love paint and we had at least seven layers.

ha ha... I hope that floor can be redone. When my parents pulled up their carpet they found the old original hardwood floor in reasonable shape.. A lot of work later and they wouldn't have it any other way
